German Vanilla Crescent Cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add vanilla extract to the butter mixture.
  4. Gradually mix in the flour, ground nuts, and salt until a dough forms.
  5. Shape the dough into crescent forms.
  6. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between cookies.
  7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until lightly golden.
  8. Dust with vanilla sugar while still warm.
