Frozen Banana Bites

A delightful and healthy snack made by coating banana slices in Greek yogurt and various toppings, perfect for both kids and adults.

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 medium Banana
  • 1 cup Chocolate Graham Cracker
  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup Bran Flakes

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and slice them into approximately 1-inch thick rounds.
  2. In a bowl, add the Greek yogurt and sweeten it if desired. Mix until creamy.
  3. Dip each banana slice into the Greek yogurt, ensuring they are well-coated.
  4. Prepare toppings on a plate in separate bowls.
  5. Roll the yogurt-coated banana slices in the chosen toppings.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the coated banana bites on it.
  7. Freeze for 2-3 hours until solid.
  8. Transfer the frozen bites to an airtight container or zip-lock bag for storage.

Notes

Make sure to choose ripe bananas for better sweetness. Involve kids in the preparation for a fun activity.
