Easy Turkey Stuffing Balls

Delicious and versatile turkey stuffing balls, perfect for family meals or holiday gatherings.

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 3 cups bread crumbs
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, bread crumbs, chopped onion, chopped celery, sage, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and add the beaten egg, mixing until fully incorporated.
  4. Take small amounts of the mixture and roll them into balls, aiming for a golf ball size.
  5. Place the formed balls onto a baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool for a couple of minutes before serving warm.

Notes

Store leftover balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days or freeze for three months.
