Easy Rocky Road Fudge

A simple and delightful treat combining rich chocolate, fluffy marshmallows, and crunchy nuts.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (like walnuts or almonds)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over low heat until smooth (about 5-7 minutes).
  2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, mini marshmallows, and chopped nuts until well combined.
  3. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and pour the fudge mixture into it, spreading it evenly.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  5. Lift the fudge out by the parchment and cut into squares. Enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to customize with different nuts or add-ins. Allow fudge to set completely for best results.
