1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, and salt. Mix until smooth.
Place the unbaked pie crust in a pie dish and ensure it fits snugly.
Pour the pumpkin mixture into the pie crust, spreading it evenly.
Bake for 15 minutes at 425°F (220°C).
Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for an additional 35 to 40 minutes.
Check for doneness by inserting a knife in the center. If it comes out clean, it’s ready.
Let the pie cool at room temperature for at least 2 hours before serving.
