Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
In a medium saucepan, combine pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, and white chocolate chips over medium heat. Stir continuously until melted.
Once smooth, stir in vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and a pinch of salt. Stir for another minute.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours until firm.
Remove using parchment overhang, cut into squares, and serve.
