Easy Honey Butter Chicken

A quick and delightful dish that brings together sweet and savory flavors in a simple recipe perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 7-8 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium-low and add unsalted butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Stir in honey and soy sauce, cooking until the mixture thickens slightly.
  6. Return cooked chicken to the skillet and toss in the honey butter glaze until well coated.
  7. Serve warm with desired side dishes.
