  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, celery, bell peppers)

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until translucent, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Increase heat to medium-high and add the ground turkey. Cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
