Easy Cheesy Garlic Bread

Quick and delicious garlic bread topped with melted cheese and garlic, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 loaf Italian bread (or French bread)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the loaf of Italian bread in half lengthwise.
  3. In a bowl, combine butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, parsley, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Spread the garlic cheese mixture generously over the cut sides of the bread.
  5. Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
  6. For an extra crispy texture, broil for 1-2 minutes, watching closely.
  7. Slice and serve warm.
