  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a donut pan with cooking spray or non-stick butter.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin pie spice until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
