Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together Dijon mustard, maple syrup, olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional garlic powder and thyme in a small bowl.
  3. Place chicken thighs in a single layer in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken, ensuring a good coating.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until cooked through (165°F/75°C) and crispy.
  6. Serve warm with remaining sauce over the top, alongside preferred sides.
