  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the Chicken: Pat chicken thighs dry and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Prepare the Sauce: Mix Dijon mustard and maple syrup in a small bowl.
  4. Heat the Skillet: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
