Deliciously Moist Pistachio Pudding Bread

A delightful bread that combines the nutty flavor of pistachios with the rich, moist texture, perfect for breakfast or dessert.

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 cup White Sugar
  • 1 cup 2% Milk
  • 1 pkg Jell-O Pistachio Pudding Mix
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Pistachios
  • 1 cup Icing Sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease your loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking powder; whisk together.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the butter and white sugar until light and fluffy.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Gradually stir in the milk and pudding mix until smooth.
  7. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
  8. Gently fold in the chopped pistachios.
  9. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  10. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  11. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
