Delicious Smoked Salmon Dip

A rich and creamy smoked salmon dip that’s perfect for any gathering, combining smoky flavors and a variety of textures.

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 tablespoon diced red onion
  • 12 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 bag of bagel chips for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and cream cheese. Blend until smooth.
  2. Stir in the capers, red onion, lemon juice, and horseradish. Mix well.
  3. Gently fold in the smoked salmon, keeping the pieces slightly chunky.
  4. Stir in the chopped parsley for added freshness.
  5. Adjust the flavor with more lemon or horseradish if desired.
  6. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
