8 oz Smoked Whitefish (trout, bass, or halibut)
0.25 cup Mayonnaise
8 oz Whipped Cream Cheese (at room temperature)
0.5 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
0.5 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
1 tsp Lemon Zest
3 tbsp Red Onion (finely chopped)
2 tbsp Dill (finely chopped)
Instructions
Prepare the Ingredients: Debone and flake the smoked fish into large pieces. Finely chop the red onion and dill; set aside.
Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the whipped cream cheese and mayonnaise until fully blended and creamy.
Add the Flavorings: Add Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, lemon juice, lemon zest, and the flaked smoked fish to the mixture and gently fold to combine.
Incorporate Vegetables: Add chopped red onion and dill; fold gently until just combined. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Chill the Dip: Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour, or overnight for best flavor.
