Delicious Cheese Salami Roll-Ups

Simple and tasty cheese salami roll-ups perfect for gatherings as an appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 8 slices Salami (or prosciutto/turkey)
  • 2 slices Tortilla (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Herbs (like dill or chives)
  • 1 pinch Spices (optional garlic powder or black pepper)

Instructions

  1. Mix the softened cream cheese in a bowl, adding spices if desired.
  2. Fold in chopped fresh herbs.
  3. If using tortillas, spread cream cheese mix on a tortilla.
  4. Layer 4 slices of salami on top of the cream cheese.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly and slice into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Repeat the process with remaining ingredients.
  7. Serve on a platter, optionally with dips.

Notes

These roll-ups can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator. Experiment with different ingredients and flavors.
