  • 1 large egg white

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, granulated sugar, and salt; whisk to distribute evenly.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg white until frothy, then add almond extract and mix well.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients; mix until a slightly sticky dough forms.
  5. Scoop small portions of the dough and roll into uniform balls.
  6. Place on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until lightly golden on the edges.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
