  • 1 cup Sun-dried Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Low-Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Crunch Oil (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Blended Cottage Cheese
  • 1 bunch Fresh Basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Place chicken breasts or thighs into the slow cooker.
  2. Season the Chicken: Sprinkle salt, pepper, and onion powder over the chicken, then drizzle olive oil on top.
  3. Add Aromatics: Scatter chopped shallot and minced garlic over the chicken.
  4. Incorporate Sun-Dried Tomatoes: Add sun-dried tomatoes to the slow cooker.
  5. Pour in Broth: Pour low-sodium chicken broth over the ingredients.
  6. Add Spice and Seasoning: Add chili crunch oil and Italian seasoning.
  7. Cook in the Crockpot: Cover and set on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
