Crispy Pasta Chips

These easy-to-make crispy pasta chips are the perfect alternative to traditional snacks, customizable with your favorite spices and toppings.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Farfalle Pasta (or any short pasta)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (or avocado oil)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (or nutritional yeast for dairy-free)
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning (or your favorite herbs)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water, add pasta, and cook until al dente (8-10 minutes).
  2. Drain the pasta and let it cool.
  3. In a large bowl, combine dried pasta with olive oil, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, red pepper flakes, and parsley. Toss to coat.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Add seasoned pasta to air fryer basket in a single layer and air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Remove and cool before serving.
  7. Serve with your favorite dips or as a standalone snack.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2-3 days. Re-crisp in the air fryer if needed.
