Instructions

  1. Clean the Seeds: Rinse the seeds under cold water and pat them dry.
  2. Dry the Seeds: Spread the cleaned seeds on a baking sheet to dry for at least an hour.
  3. Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 300°F (150°C) to preheat.
  4. Coat the Seeds: Toss the dried seeds with melted butter or olive oil and seasonings until evenly coated.
  5. Air Fry the Seeds: Place the seeds in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook: Air fry for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Cool and Enjoy: Remove the seeds and let them cool before serving.
