Cranberry Turkey Stuffing Balls

Deliciously seasoned balls of turkey and stuffing combined with dried cranberries, perfect for using up holiday leftovers.

  • 2 cups cooked turkey (shredded or chopped)
  • 3 cups prepared stuffing
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth (or turkey broth)
  • 1/4 cup peas (optional)
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Cranberry sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked turkey, prepared stuffing, dried cranberries, peas (if using), beaten egg, and chicken broth. Mix until evenly combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized portions and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown and heated through.
  5. Let cool for a minute and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with cranberry sauce on the side.

Notes

These stuffing balls can be served as appetizers, main dishes, or sides. They can also be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator or frozen for later use.
