Cranberry & Turkey Stuffing Balls

Delightful bites that combine the savory flavor of turkey with the sweetness of dried cranberries, perfect for gatherings or family dinners.

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion and celery for 3-5 minutes until softened.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, dried cranberries, stuffing mix, sautéed onion and celery, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Roll the mixture into balls, about 1-2 inches in diameter, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm as an appetizer.

Notes

Serve on a platter with toothpicks or small skewers, and pair with dips like cranberry sauce or honey mustard.
