Cranberry & Turkey Stuffing Balls

A delicious twist on classic holiday flavors, these stuffing balls combine tender turkey with tart cranberries for a perfect bite-sized treat.

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine turkey, cranberries, breadcrumbs, onion, and celery.
  3. Add eggs, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper; mix thoroughly.
  4. Form mixture into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the balls on it.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes. For even more flavor, try incorporating fresh herbs like parsley or rosemary.
