Cranberry Mimosa Magic

A festive and refreshing drink combining cranberry juice and bubbly champagne, perfect for holiday celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Cranberry Juice (well-chilled)
  • 4 oz Champagne or Prosecco (a dry variety)
  • Fresh Cranberries (for garnish)
  • Rosemary Sprig (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Chill your champagne flutes in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
  2. Pour 2 oz of cranberry juice into each glass.
  3. Slowly pour 4 oz of champagne or prosecco into each glass over the cranberry juice.
  4. Add a few fresh cranberries to each glass for garnish.
  5. Place a sprig of rosemary on the side of the glass.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Use high-quality ingredients for the best taste. Adjust the ratio of cranberry juice to champagne to suit your preference.
