Cranberry Cream Cheese Spread with Pecans

A delightful sweet and tangy cream cheese spread featuring cranberries and crunchy pecans, perfect for any gathering.

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (canned or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and cranberry sauce. Mix until smooth.
  2. Stir in the chopped pecans and orange zest until well combined.
  3. Taste and add honey if desired for sweetness, along with a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Serve immediately with crackers or bread, or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Notes

For best results, use softened cream cheese and chop the pecans evenly. This spread can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
