Cranberry Cream Cheese Crescent Bites

Delightful bites combining creamy cream cheese and sweet-tart cranberry sauce wrapped in flaky crescent roll dough. Perfect for any occasion!

  • 1 can crescent roll dough (8-count)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • Optional: chopped pecans or orange zest for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease or line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
  3. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut each triangle in half lengthwise.
  5. Press each small triangle firmly into the muffin cups.
  6. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of cream cheese filling into each dough cup.
  7. Add 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  8. If desired, sprinkle with chopped pecans or orange zest.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for about 11 to 13 minutes, until golden brown.
  10. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
