12 cups phyllo cups
8 oz Brie cheese
1 cup cranberry sauce
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
If using pre-made phyllo cups, place them on a baking sheet. For phyllo dough, layer several sheets, brush with melted butter, cut into shapes, and place in a muffin tin.
Slice the Brie cheese into thick pieces.
In each phyllo cup, add a spoonful of cranberry sauce and top with a piece of Brie. Optionally, sprinkle chopped rosemary on top.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Garnish with fresh rosemary or chopped nuts.
Serve warm to enjoy the melted cheese and cranberry flavor.
