  • 1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) creamed corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until blended. Add the melted butter, sour cream, and optional sugar, mixing until well combined.
  3. Stir in the Jiffy corn muffin mix, whole kernel corn, and creamed corn gently to avoid overmixing.
