Classic Spaghetti Pasta Salad

A vibrant mix of pasta, fresh vegetables, and cheese, perfect for summer gatherings.

  • 8 ounces Angel Hair Pasta
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 ounces Pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup Olives
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Italian Salad Dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water, add pasta, cook until al dente (about 3-5 minutes), drain, and rinse with cold water.
  2. Prepare the Ingredients: Wash and slice cherry tomatoes; chop other vegetables; cube or shred cheese; slice pepperoni and olives.
  3. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, add cooled pasta, toss in tomatoes, cheddar, pepperoni, olives, and parmesan.
  4. Mix in the Dressing: Add Italian dressing and fold ingredients together to coat.
  5. Taste and Adjust: Sample and adjust with more dressing or seasoning as needed.
  6. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors.
