Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake

  • 1 can of cinnamon roll dough
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Optional: icing for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Roll out the cinnamon roll dough, cut into pieces, and press into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla, cinnamon, sour cream, and milk until combined.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust, spreading evenly.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set and golden on top.
  7. Once baked, let it cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  8. Drizzle with icing if desired, slice, and enjoy!
