Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Delightful no-bake cookies made with chocolate, peanut butter, and oats, perfect for a quick dessert.

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and peanut butter. Stir continuously until it comes to a boil.
  2. Allow the mixture to boil for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the rolled oats and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Let the cookies cool until they are set, approximately 30 minutes.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container. They can last up to a week in the fridge or up to three months in the freezer.
