  • Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients and ensure your cherries are either fresh or frozen.
  • In a high-powered blender, combine the frozen cherries, almond butter, almond milk, yogurt (if using), honey or maple syrup, and chia seeds.
  • Blend on high speed until all ingredients are fully combined and smooth. If too thick, add a bit more almond milk and blend again.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary, adding additional honey or syrup if desired.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass or a to-go cup and enjoy immediately. Top with additional cherries or a sprinkle of chia seeds for added texture.
