A delicious and healthy alternative to traditional buffalo chicken wings, these Buffalo Cauliflower Bites are crispy, flavorful, and perfect for snacking or entertaining.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 cup of water or plant-based milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup of buffalo sauce
  • Cooking oil (for spraying)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt. Gradually add the water or plant-based milk to form a smooth batter.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring full coating. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spaced out.
  4. Spray the coated cauliflower florets lightly with cooking oil.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Toss the baked florets in buffalo sauce until well-coated.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes to allow the sauce to stick and caramelize.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for a classic touch, or alongside celery and carrot sticks.
