  • 8 oz cream cheese (or ricotta cheese)
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar (or agave nectar)

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a doughnut pan with non-stick spray or oil.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until combined.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, eggs, vegetable oil, and any desired spices or extracts. Mix until smooth.
