Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the diced pears with cinnamon and honey, and let it sit.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the softened butter and brown sugar together until fluffy.
  5. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter and sugar mixture and mix until combined.
