1 medium apple, peeled and chopped
1 medium banana
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup oats
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup milk (or dairy-free milk)
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Begin by washing and peeling your apple. Chop it into small pieces for easier blending. If you’re using a banana, peel and either slice it fresh or add it frozen.
In a blender, combine the chopped apple, banana, oats, Greek yogurt, milk, and cinnamon. If you are using a sweetener, add it here as well.
Start the blender on a low speed, gradually increasing to high until everything is smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, feel free to add a little more milk until you reach your desired consistency.
