Amazing Apple Pie Taquitos

Delightful crispy taquitos filled with warm cinnamon apples, drizzled with caramel and chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 8 small Tortillas (Corn or flour based on preference)
  • 2 cups Apple Pie Filling (Pre-made or homemade)
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Sugar (Brown sugar adds deeper flavor)
  • 1/4 cup Plant-based Butter
  • 1 cup Caramel Sauce
  • 1 cup Chocolate Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the apple pie filling with cinnamon and half of the sugar.
  3. Take a tortilla, place 2-3 tablespoons of the filling along one edge, and roll tightly, sealing with butter.
  4. Brush melted plant-based butter over the rolled taquitos and place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining sugar on top of each taquito.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve warm, drizzled with caramel and chocolate sauce.

Notes

For extra crispiness, consider frying the taquitos instead of baking. Customize with different fillings or sauces.
