Air Fryer Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

A delicious and unique appetizer made with Italian sausage, creamy cheese, and savory spices, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup Italian sausage (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems gently.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine Italian sausage, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper; mix until well blended.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the filling.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
  6. Arrange the stuffed mushrooms in the basket without overcrowding.
  7. Cook for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown and tender.
  8. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
