Air Fryer Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

Deliciously crispy air fryer stuffed mushrooms filled with sausage, cream cheese, and cheese, perfect for any occasion.

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 1 pound sausage (Italian or breakfast sausage)
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Carefully clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic to the sausage and cook for another minute.
  5. In a bowl, mix the cooked sausage, cream cheese, shredded cheese, and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Stuff each mushroom cap with the sausage mixture.
  7. Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed mushrooms.
  8. Place the stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer in a single layer.
  9. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
